The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has only been on shelves for a few weeks but already, we're hearing whispers about possible Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features. Mind you, they are whispers and theories and not full on leaks but the prospects of a higher-end camera, better processor, upgraded display, and more are exciting.

We fully expect there to be a fourth-generation Galaxy Note and we expect that Galaxy Note 4 to launch late in 2014, much like the other Galaxy Note models. With rumors of a large screen iPhone swirling, it will be on Samsung to deliver a fantastic Galaxy Note in 2014 and thus, we're excited about what the future will bring.

Are you serious? You say that LG don’t offer the software support of HTC and Samsung. Really? Do you read other blogs?

Samsung have been consistent in NEVER delivering software support! Yes, they offer software updates but surely you know that this is totally different to software SUPPORT.

The latest 4.3 android update in the UK is classic of their attitude to their customers. Remember, most high end phones are not locked to providers and so it is Samsung that provide the updates.

Many customers S4’s are now routinely exhibiting major problems (including mine).

The support from Samsung? Nothing – absolutely nothing! They had to be dragged kicking and screaming to even admit there were problems.

What communication have they made to customers with details of expected fixes – none – absolutely none. And I have an active Samsung account.

LG customers have been spared having their phones partially ‘bricked’.

    Be thankful for that!
