Revert Back to Android 6.0 (or Android 5.1.1)

The update to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow adds a lot of things to the software, even if it isn't noticeable. We'd recommend accepting the update and enjoying the latest version of Android.

However, if for whatever reason you'd like to revert and downgrade back to Android 6.0 or even Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, you can, but we wouldn't recommend it.

We've put together a guide that will take you through the downgrade process. (The guide is for 5.0 to 4.4 but the process is similar). It's a bit time consuming and if you enter commands wrong, it could cause additional issues, which is another reason we'd suggest sticking with Android 6.0 you're on now, or upgrading to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
