PC Mag Review of Toshiba M700

- Sierra Modro

Toshiba Portege M700 While the Toshiba Portégé M700 is certainly not a new release, PC Magazine is apparently just getting around to doing a full review. PC Mag has a new "GreenTech" stamp of approval for computers that have a lower impact on the environment, and the M700 has been "GreenTech Approved."

Interestingly, the author, Cisco Cheng, appears to actually like Tablet PCs. He also reviewed the HP 2710p, the Lenovo X61, and others, and appears to like the idea of pen computing, particularly given the advances in Vista. Slowly but surely Tablet PCs are getting some of the respect that they deserve. :-)

You can read the full review on the PC Mag site, which includes an array of test scores.
