GottaBeMobile.com Forum Member of the Month - December

- Matt Faulkner

GBMfmomDec Another year has past and that brings us to another month for us to pick a Forum Member of the Month.  Again, this award is to recognize and celebrate Forum Members that are part of the community and contribute to the growth of the forum.

This months forum member is one of the top contributors on the GottaBemobile.com forums.  His posts are full of directions and steps to help work past problems.  This member also has a knack for running a multiboot system with Kubuntu -  His efforts with Linux and helping others is spread all over the "Other OS" forum.  This recognition is to signify the efforts in helping others, fostering communication, expressing concern, following up and giving their opinion on topics.  These qualifications are what we feel make a wonderful member of the GBM community, and the greater Tablet PC and UMPC community.

Each GBM Forum Member of the Month can choose to display the  'Forum Member of the Month' logo as his or her avatar. And of course they will receive their very own Splotch.

The whole GBM Staff is involved in this process of selection and we will review and pick a FMOTM for each month.  So, fireworks and cannons as we recognize our second GBM Forum Member of the Month.

And that is:

K0LO !!!

Thanks for all of your contributions to the GBM community. We look forward to many more great contributions in the future. Keep up the great work!

It's a special person who has expertise, is willing to share it, can do so with great clarity, and is kind enough to take the time to do so.

Thanks again, Mark!

What I have found amazing is that, even though I have never met any of the GBM forum members, it seems like we have all known each other and have been friends for a long time. I am honored. Thank you.

I would like to second SBT's remark (above). Mark's knowledge and willingness to share his expertise with other members of GBM is both impressive and admirable. As someone who has benefited from some of Mark's advice, I would like to add my thanks and the hope that Mark will be an active forum member for a long time to come...

Mark has been a very helpful and knowledgeable person. I've been following his posts since the Buzz days and have saved countless hours of time and troubleshooting on my X41. His reinstallation thread was probably the most useful tool. Even though Im an old hat when it comes to reinstalls, his thread really made cleaning up the X41 a piece of cake.
Advice on everything from hard drive clicking to pointer drift kept me checking back long after the install was completed. Congrats Mark, well earned. You finally have some recognition that you have deserved for years.

I am yet another poor sole that Mark has helped with computer problems. His patience and dedication to helping people with problems on the forums is remarkable, and we are all fortunate to have a forum member like K0LO. Thanks Mark!
