Asus to Launch Eee PC with 10 inch Screen

- Warner Crocker

Just as the Asus 900 with a 9 inch screen (actually 8.9 inch) is starting to trickle into the hands of users, word comes down from Asus that they are working on a 10 inch screen model. In announcing the 10 inch screen plans, CEO Jerry Shen said that it could be out later this year. He also said that there won’t be an Eee PC with a 12 inch screen.

Warner,

Thanks for the news. Been waiting for one of these 10 incher TPC.

Your title says "...PC", not TPC, so must I assume that this would not be a tablet? Oh, please let it be a TPC.

Best Regards,

To my knowledge it won't be a Tablet PC.

I see. Thanks.

That's just too bad. Would be awefully nice to have a 10" TPC.

All the best,
John
