How about making their "produce to QuickTime" feature work acceptably. The current version makes files about 2 orders of magnitude bigger than those for Flash.

Also, it would be good to make it easier to choose how the output gets put on a page. They give a few standard formats, and all seem to use very different methods and it is hard to know how to customize to what you want.
