Gear Diary Reviews Tekkon myPowerAll Battery

- Warner Crocker

TekkonBatteries and battery life have been a hot topic of conversation around here lately. Dennis recently called battery life the weak link in mobile computing and called for more efforts to improve it. So it was with interest that I read this Gear Diary reveiw of Tekkon’s myPowerAll Battery MP3400 portable battery. This is the same battery that we reported that TabletKiosk was going to be selling. There are certainly options our there if you want and need a portable solution. Is this the portable solution for you? Check out Gear Diary’s very thorough review to find out. You might also want to check out our InkShow on the PowerPad 95 solution.

The jewel-like Tekkeon MyPowerAll 3400 is a perfect conpanion for the Samsung Q1. I've been using it since last October and I couldn't live without it. I get 10 hours out of the Q1 when I travel with the Tekkeon and the Q1 six cell battery.

When I saw a picture on the blog jkOTR of the monstrosity that JK was using for extra power, I couldn't help but laugh.

The MyPowerAll 3400 doesn't come with the tip for the Q1 but they'll send you one for free. Or you can buy it at Radio Shack for $2.oo.
