- Matt Faulkner

For all of you dreamers and wishers out there or just anybody that is waiting for their M700 budget to come form the IRS...  I have posted some high res shots of the Toshiba M700 Tablet PC on our Flickr page.  Enjoy the shots!!  BTW - I am in the 'dreamers and wishers' category as well...  I had to send the demo back on Saturday :(

Hi Matt! Based your job description, it seems like it doesn't require alot of pen computing. There are alot of similar machines yet it still would be cheaper!

Man, you guys are killing me. I ordered the M700 and have been waiting... I was supposed to already have it but get this... I have a 1 week delay because they are closed for an _entire_ week for the Chinese New Year (god I want that vacation schedule).

(of course I'm not sure I want the last one built before the vacation or the 1st one after)

All these pictures are like showing someone on a diet a piece of cake ;-)

Does the M700 have a bezel that is flush with the screen? From the photos it looks like it might be set back a little.

I saw a guy on ebay selling these...I think he had 4 in stock. If you got uncle sam's check already then could probably email the seller and see if it's in stock or if there is a wait period.

Two questions:

Does the touch screen respond to any object that touches it? A gloved hand or a Palm Pilot stylus for example?

The real question: is it the resistive or capacitive type?

And what's the passive digitizer resolution? Not as good as the active I know, but good enough to write a few notes anyway?
