Alias Sketchbook! Some of the InkSeine UI concepts were inspired by Sketchbook (or more specifically, the research & researchers behind it, including George Fitzmaurice, Gord Kurtenbach, & Bill Buxton).

Alias Sketchbook is still my favorite sketching app on the Tablet PC.

It's the Fujitsu T4200 series convertible tablet pc - not sure of the exact model number
