Insurance companies embracing Tablet PC’s

Found this video on YouTube and thought I would share the link.  It’s about insurance companies changing over to use Tablet PC’s in their daily field visits.  It goes on to talk about  a custom application that was developed for the company and how they feel it will increase productivity by about 10%.

Have any of you been involved in this kind of ‘technology shift’ with Tablet PC’s?  Anybody out there use a similar application - If so, has it increased you productivity??
