I'll nominate my Thousand Sketches project www.thousandsketches.com for a big Wow! It was a wow for me to do a Thousand Sketches on a Tablet, PC My Toshiba M200, in one year. It was a big wow to see the project made it into the top 101 art blogs at www.laketrees.blogspot.com.

I am glad there is a wow category here because what is the use of Tablets if they are only technology? What we do with them is what counts and what will drive their development.

For Software of the year I'll put in ArtRage 2.5 their software is no toy, it is one of the best interfaces made, and some things they added like stencils enable profound effects. The thing to not here is that it does not compete with Photoshop as a whole but it does art in a more enabling way. It beats Corel paint imo because of the interface. For the pro, it is easy to import and export into Artrage from both those programes.

Biggest hope for 2008? An apple tablet that is a convertible mac book that works!
