Use Your Foot with Your Tablet PC with the IntelliMole

Don’t go running out into stores looking to buy this one. But one of the many cool ideas and approaches to working with Tablet PCs that we talked about with Ken Hinckley of Microsoft Research this week at the MVP Summit was the Intellimole. Ken hacked up a foot pedal of sorts that allows you to right click with your foot while working with your Tablet PC. Ken lays out what he used and what to do on his blog Alpine Inker, and he notes this hack isn’t really a mobile solution. But if you use your Tablet PC at your desk, (and remember that picture of Ken’s Tablet on his desk?) it could come in very handy.

I might have to try this myself.
