Griffin Survivor Play

Griffin Survivor Play

The Griffin Survivor Play is a protective sleeve for the Apple TV remote that can save it from potential damage.

The Survivor Play is geared toward Apple TV gamers that will likely use the remote as a game controller, providing maximum grip so that the remote doesn't fall out of your hands, especially when you're playing a game that requires you to fling around the remote to activate the motion sensors inside.

The protective sleeve is made out of silicone and has extra-thick grips on the back to make it easier to hold. It's priced at $19.99 and is available now.

If you’ve got elementary school-aged kids, download GoNoodle on your Apple TV. It features videos that get kids dancing, jumping, running, doing yoga, and more (not sitting in front of the TV). The GoNoodle web app is already used in 75% of U.S. elementary school so there’s a good chance your kids are already familiar with it. Just ask them if they know “Pop See Ko”, one of the most popular videos. Disclaimer, I helped build the app. Hoping to spread the word as I’m wondering how quickly people will discover it since there are not yet categories to browse by on the Apple TV App Store.

The Shopping category on TV is going to be huge! In Apple’s words, “apps are the future of television.” We’re looking forward to bringing Trove Market (https://www.usetrove.com) to Apple TV very soon – alongside Gilt and QVC – so you can also discover the secondhand, vintage, and unique items that are selling locally in your community and elsewhere. In full disclosure, I’m one of Trove’s founders. The app’s looking beautiful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

    I recommend 3 apps:

Asphalt 8, JetPack Ride and a Photoshop course for newbies called Lessons for Photoshop CC.

ABC TV doesn’t even work in Columbus GA. First, Apple TV sends me to my computer to go to a site where I put in a code and my TV service. So far so good. The site says “success!” go back to your apple tv and enjoy ABC programming. I go to the TV and it says ERROR: see help. Help says that I live to far from Atlanta to be eligible to recieve ABC local TV. Let’s see I pay for Apple TV and I pay for DISH Network yet I can’t use either to see ABC. All this after being led down the rabbit hole of going to my computer and authorizing all of this. Couldn’t the app just not appear on my screen at all if I can’t get it?? Apple TV = NEEDS WORK.

I fail to understand, how I can watch certain TV channels, (for example, fox news), which runs on my Mac Air, Ipad, Iphone, but not on Apple TV…of course, never mind that I can watch it on Android tablets and video boxes, MS Windows 10.
So basically only modern device it pretty much does not run on, is the one that has TV as part of it’s name….makes no sense.
