Monopolistic companies usually do lag behind. Recently I went to the AT$T store to see what it would cost to change from my AT$T Tilt to an iPhone – They wanted $500. I’m only a few months away from my contract ending too. Only a monopoly acts as though they will keep you as a customer no matter what. The Palm Pre is looking better all the time.
