AT&T Galaxy Note 3 Arriving Ahead of In Store Release

Published

on

The AT&T Galaxy Galaxy Note 3 pre-orders are shipping to users who ordered in the past weeks, and many users can expect to open up the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 before the end of the day.

The AT&T Galaxy Note 3 release date in stores is set for October 4th, but one of the devices that we ordered to deliver guides and review materials shipped late October 1st, as AT&T promised, and is on the Fedex vehicle for delivery.

We expected a swift AT&T Galaxy Note 3 shipment process after AT&T was able to deliver the Samsung Galaxy S4 to buyers days before the device went on sale in stores.

The AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 arrives on steps timed to the T-Mobile Galaxy Note 3 release.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from AT&T will be the first version of the device to land on doorsteps, but T-Mobile is also offering up the Galaxy Note 3 this morning on store shelves.

The AT&T Galaxy Note 3 will arrive from Fedex later today, with a delivery window up until 8 PM, and at this location it does not require a signature. If you are expecting a Galaxy Note 3 today, you may want to leave a note with your signature and any specific directions if you will not be home during the day.

Check AT&T's website to see if your Galaxy Note 3 shipped.

To check the status of your AT&T Galaxy Note 3 order log in to AT&T’s website, hover over My AT&T and then click on My Orders to see your tracking number and status.  We did not see an email from AT&T telling us the Note 3 shipped, so it’s worth taking a look even if you have yet to receive a notification.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 connects to the Galaxy Gear, which may also be shipping out this morning to AT&T customers who purchased the limited colors offered by the carriers. We purchased an orange Galaxy Gear from a reseller who offers all the Galaxy Gear colors at a slightly higher price.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 earned praise in our review for speedy performance and a new leather-style design that delivers a better look and build-quality without sacrificing access to a Micro SD card and removable battery. Users can also look forward to the new S Pen which uses Air Command to quickly launch special apps on the 5.7-inch 1080P HD display.

Yes, mine is also on the truck out for delivery today. I have been waiting for several months for this device and I am very much looking forward to receiving it. My issue now is finding some type of holster or carrying case for it. I ordered one from Amazon over the weekend and it should be here in a few days.

I got it about one hour ago. It’s very impressive. I have a lot of set up to do now.

      UPS or Fedex?

UPS. I received an email yesterday from AT&T that it was shipping, and got the UPS tracking number. UPS showed the package was received and then put on the truck for delivery during the night.

I got it delivered to the local AT&T store and got confirmation of delivery from UPS before lunch. Picked it up at that time.

Mine is being processed now, waiting UPS pickup with a October 7th delivery date. Only 3 days after it is set to become available in store. Thanks AT&T for the awesome customer service!!!

I got the worst end of the stick. AT&T Website list the deliver date between Oct.1 and Oct. 2. until late Oct.1. Then the order status changed to shipped by UPS without other details. Not until late afternoon on Oct 2, the UPS tracking finally showed it was on its way from Texas, and the delivery date will be Oct.8, I have a trip abroad between Oct. 7 and Oct. 17. AT&T customer service would not do anything to help, 1. either call UPS stop the delivery and let me pick up the Note 3 at the store on Friday when it will be available for general public or 2. send another copy with overnight or 2 days service and let me return the original package. Nor the customer service will cancel the sale outright for me. I ‘m disappointed and very upset with this so called AT&T Customer Service. If its is not for their mistake, not changing the order status in time for us to cancel the order, I would not be in this predicament.

Well, I’m in Texas and I supposed that’s why my device got here so quickly. It was just up the road. AT&T is based in Dallas, and I’m near Houston.

I must say that I am absolutely thrilled with the device, my only issue is transferring contacts and stuff from Outlook on my PC. I found a quick workaround, but there has to be better.

Can you site your source for the in store release date? AT&T doesn’t know anything about it.

Pre-ordered from AT&T store this past Sunday. Having it sent to store. Was told it should be sent to store by the end of this week. UPS Ground shipping states by end of day on 8th. My store says I can’t cancel till phone comes in. Was told pre-order just guarantees you’ll have a phone. Sure. Not too happy.

I guess if you talk to the right Customer Service Representative, who will walk the extra mile for his customer, who will take his time do all the necessary conference calls with his supervisor, UPS Representative and Local store salesperson to request a UPS Delivery Intercept and return the package to sender, in the meantime activate my upgrade eligibility and reserve a copy from the local store so that I can pick up the Note III on Friday. I can not say enough of good thing about this AT&T Customer Service and this Representative. Thank you again, Moses. I can sleep easy tonight.
