MLVOC 3-Port Fast Car Charger

MLVOC 3-Port Fast Car Charger

Last but certainly not least is the MLVOC 45w triple port charger. This is the do-it-all car charger, and the only one you'll ever need.

This charger features three different ports with three different uses, perfect for anyone and everyone. There's a Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 USB output for basically any Android device. Then a USB Type-C port for the Pixel or any other USB Type-C device. Then the third and final output is a typical USB slot for everything else, like an iPhone.

It features 45w of power with three different Smart Sense chips for safe charging, and looks good too.

Essentially this one car charger will be able to handle anything and everything, at the fastest speeds possible, safely. Perfect for someone with multiple gadgets or always has friends in the car who need to juice up. It's also pretty cheap too, which is nice.

Its not possible to have a charger which fits both USB-C and Quick Charge standards as both have conflicting standards – also the AUKEY USB-C wire sold on amazon does not meet correct USB-C standards – beware this product may not be good for your phone

What about Elephone car chargers? At Geekbuying they’re really cheap.

You state that the Tronsmart car charger will charge the Pixel at the fastest possible speed, but that is not correct. Per the Google Doc shared by Benson and Nathan, it does not charge the Pixel at the full 18W speed, as it only supports 5V/3A, and to charge the Pixel at full speed it would need to be able to charge at 9V/2A. That is one of the reasons they rated this charger a +1 on a scale of -3 to +3.

Here is the Google doc spreadsheet for reference: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1vnpEXfo2HCGADdd9G2x9dMDWqENiY2kgBJUu29f_TX8/pubhtml#

So as of 2016-12-24, there are no fully approved 12volt car chargers. That’s disturbing.
