A new smartphone manufacturer wants to compete with the Nexus lineup, and they're called OnePlus. The new OnePlus One (bad name aside) is an excellent smartphone that can compete with all the high-end smartphones of 2014, but it'll only cost you $299. It isn't a household name, but should work wonderfull on AT&T and T-Mobile networks.
The OnePlus One has a 5.5-inch 1080p full HD display, the latest 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor for stunning performance, 16GB of internal storage, and a 13 megapixel camera on the rear. It has 3GB of RAM for great multi-tasking, a massive 3,100 mAh battery for all-day usage, and again, only costs $299. It won't receive updates in the same fashion as the Moto G (which is our favorite of the bunch here) but for only $80 more than the best Moto G you'll have a much superior device.
