5 Best Verizon Phones [April, 2015]

Nexus 6

With the Nexus 5 no longer on sale, the Nexus 6 reigns supreme as Google's top Nexus smartphone option. And unless you're into buying a fossil like the Galaxy Nexus, it's the only real Verizon Nexus smartphone option.

The Nexus 6 first arrived back in November alongside Google's new Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and it quickly became one of the go to Android smartphone options. It didn't arrive on Verizon until early 2015. Despite the late arrival, the device is one of our favorite Android smartphones and it's a device that you should take a look at before settling on a new Verizon phone.

The Nexus 6's 6-inch QHD display, front-facing speakers and stock Android 5.0 Lollipop are a few of our favorite features though it also comes loaded with fast charging, a solid camera, and a pretty design.

Google's Nexus is a massive smartphone which means that it won't be for everyone but it's worth a look if you want Android and you're not into the various user interfaces that Android manufacturers put on top of the operating system. The Nexus 6 is, in our opinion, one of the best Android smartphones money can buy.

It was between the Nexus 6 and the Droid Turbo. Both are excellent phones. Consensus this month was in favor of Nexus 6. I made a note on the Nexus 6 slide because I agree, the Droid Turbo deserves some kind of recognition.

      Cheers,

      Adam
