During the DAY ZERO Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare release you gain double XP all day. This finishes at midnight eastern, so as soon as you can play, jump into the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer and start earning double XP.

You earn XP for completing kills and other activities in the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer mode. Chain together kills and assists and try different modes to earn more XP.

XP are experience points that go towards your rank in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and unlock special items as you rank up.

Master Boost, Jumps & Slides

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Perks

In addition to XP, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare includes Supply Drops that you earn while you play. You can activate these to unlock special features and in-game gear. Some of these are new upgrades to your character, and many expire after a certain amount of time.

You can see a list of perks and gear that you gain with missions and kill streaks in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare on the wikia, including items like Gung Ho and Low Profile.

Gung Ho lets you shoot while sprinting and sliding and low profile makes the player invisible to UAVs and Tracking Rounds. As soon as you can add these you’ll be able to increase your killing power.

    Thank you for that video on how to use the exoskeleton suit moves – I had no idea you had to press sprint and move in a direction to do the dodge thing – couldn’t find out in-game anywhere and googled it and couldn’t find out at all (tonnes of articles talked about it, but not how to do it) until I found your video – literally the only video online during day zero that explained this. Thank you.
