A few days ago, Bethesda confirmed a Fallout 4 pre-order bonus. At the time, the company said that those who ordered a physical copy of the game would receive a free poster showing off the game's perks. The company didn't mention anything about digital pre-orders. Bethesda says that "digital pre-order bonuses vary by retailer" so you'll need to check in with your retailer for details.
