Hey guys, having abit of a multitouch issue. When i first installed it, using the multitouch scroll seemed quite fluid, but now it moves one incriment each time i perform the gesture?

anyone else have the same problem? Cheers

I was seeing this problem as well. I did a full reboot this morning instead of putting it to sleep and when it booted up I got a note saying "N-trig has encountered a problem and must be shut down."

Anybody else having n-trig crashes?

I've disabled it for the time being.

...I also saw this problem for the first timea couple of days ago. Since then, it hasn't reoccurred... yet...

I wonder if this might be related to the driver connection problem...???Edited by: Steve S

im also having this crqashing problem. its not every timei load up and sometimes (ie just before) I load up, it crashes but then it seems to be working (using touch) so maybe the driver reloaded?

definately needs abit of work but its useable :P Id love to see accelerating scrolling like an iPhone.

anoying when the driver dies though, any way to restart it without restarting the whole computer?

I was in summer holidays and returned yesterday. I installed the multitouch driver and was not impressed by the first experience. It does not work as smooth as I expected (iPhone or iPod touch!) and was woundering why given the CPU&GPU power available on the XT, or is it the digitizer&the driver?
Especially the zoom gesture, it hardly works with one hand (for me). It works OKusing both hands, however.

In IE you can see that the multi-touch moves the position of the scroll bar thumb, rather than the page itself. This isn't quite what I expect to see, since the page can scroll by faster than you're dragging your fingers with this approach.
