Hey, folks. Sorry for the long delay.
I finally had some time to fool with MiniScroller again (and, I finally got my digitizer fixed!). I changed the color scheme of the shift/control/alt buttons to make them more visible when depressed, and I also added a "minimize to system tray" option you can enable or disable from the right-click menu (enabled by default). When this option's enabled, hitting the 'X' button hides the MiniScroller panel and instead adds an icon to the system tray area. Double-clicking the icon quickly restores the MiniScroller panel. To actually shut it down, right click and choose the 'exit' option.
(Do you folks think the icon should be visible all the time, rather than visible only when the panel is hidden?)

On my agenda for the near future is a simple customizable button whose function you can pick (I'd like to add space and delete buttons, and maybe others, but there's only so much room... so I figured the next best thing was a custom button), shift/control/alt functionality from the system tray icon alone, and a webpage where you can actually find the program!
Let me know what you think or anything else simple you'd like added. Also send me an email if you'd like to fool around with the C# source code.
Happy scrolling!
