How to Find Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition in Stock

Published

on

Bethesda’s Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition is hard to find in stock ahead of its November 10th release date. Fortunately, there is a quick way to find out when Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition comes back into stock so you can pre-order it ahead of the highly anticipated Fallout 4 release.

On Sunday, Bethesda took the stage at E3 2015 to show off its brand new Fallout game dubbed Fallout 4. Fallout 4 is the successor to 2008’s Fallout 3, a game that received a number of awards and is considered one of the best open-world games of all-time.

On stage, the company outlined a number of Fallout 4’s key components including gameplay elements, the game’s setting in Boston, the Fallout 4 release date, and some new details about early Fallout 4 pre-orders.

Right now, Bethesda and its retail partners are taking early orders ahead of the November 10th Fallout 4 release date for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The companies are charging $60 for the regular version of the game though there is also a more expensive option for devoted fans of the Fallout franchise.

Fallout-4-12

The Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition is a $120 collectors edition of the game that includes a real-life working version of The Vault Dweller’s Pip Boy. For the uninitiated, the Pip Boy is a gadget that Fallout’s main character wears on the wrist to access the game’s map, radio, inventory, and more. It’s essential to his or her experience and now Bethesda’s making it optional for yours.

For $120, you’ll get a version of Fallout 4 that comes with a real Pip Boy that you can wear on your wrist. And when combined with an iPhone or Android phone, you’ll be able to use an application to access vital in-game information including in-game inventory, perks, holotape additions, and more.

Needless to say, it’s much more exciting than a statue or stickers and fans of Fallout 4 and the Fallout series have jumped at the opportunity to own their own Pip Boy.

Fallout-4-5

Bethesda’s Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition is sold out right now through Amazon, through GameStop, and through Best Buy. Sellers have posted their Pip Boy Editions on eBay but they’re charging far more than $120 and it’s not a route that most people are going to want to take.

We don’t know when Amazon, GameStop or Best Buy will stock the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition again but we have found a tool that will tell you exactly when Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition pre-orders come back into stock at these retailers.

The first thing you’ll need to do is visit the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition page for Now In Stock. This shows a history of the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition in stock at Best Buy, Amazon and GameStop. It will update every five minutes giving you an up-to-date look at their inventory.

Instead of looking for the game every morning when you wake up, you can set up a free in stock alert that sends you an email, text or browser notification when the Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition pre-orders arrive at these retailers. This allows you to act quickly and buy one before the game sells out again.

You will need to register for a free account at Now In Stock to get the text, email and Browser alerts. These are free, other than carrier text message charges and are the best way to get your hands on a Fallout 4 Pip Boy Edition pre-order.

Fallout-4-13

We’re still not sure how long retailers will continue to stock this impressive version of Fallout 4 so you’ll need to keep an eye on the stock as we push deeper into June towards the Fallout 4 release date in November.

Those not looking to pay $120 for the collectors edition will want pre-order at Best Buy. The retailer offers a 20% discount to those in the Gamers Club Unlocked program which knocks the price down to $95. It’s not clear if Amazon or GameStop will offer deals on the popular title.

Fallout 4 Release Date

Fallout 4 Release Date

Ahead of yesterday's announcements, the feeling around the web was that the Fallout 4 release date would land sometime in 2015 as opposed to 2016. We kept our fingers crossed and yesterday, Bethesda confirmed the exciting news.

The Fallout 4 release date for PC, Xbox One and PS4 is confirmed for November 10th, a date that falls right smack in the middle of the holiday shopping season. Obviously, the timing is key for those planning to buy the game for themselves and the timing is also big for those that are already thinking about gifts for friends and family.

Bethesda waited a number of years to deliver the game and a release date so we're not expecting this Fallout 4 release date to budge. The game and the developer look like they're ready to get their brand new installment out on shelves and there's no reason to be skeptical. You can expect November 10th to stick.

I still wish they had done a 1-per-customer thing…these people buying 20 copies and popping up on forums telling people to PM them an offer piss me off.

Seriously the gaming community is being ruined by all these scalpers using peoples love for games to make a profit. Its Sickening

Yeah on other forums people have said there are already scalpers offering them for $300-400 dollars before it’s even out. Sadly desperate people will buy them because they want it so bad and second they don’t want anyone else to get it before them.

      It is pathetic.

That is the problem, people still support the scalpers greed,if the game can’t be purchased directly from amazon, gamestop, best buy,or wal mart I refuse to purchase anything from scalpers,if no one feeds the fire by buying from them or the gaming industry puts a stop to people buying multiple copies, then this will die,its all about greed

What I hate is people buying them all up so they’re sold in one day, then they turn around and sell them for 2-3x the price. The manufacturer should make them available to pre-purchase up to a certain cut off date and then supply the demand/orders. THEN allow a low number to be distributed amongst businesses on release date.

Scalpers are what’s wrong with this community. It’s bad enough they are doing this with Amiibo and Nintendo is doing shit about it. I was really looking forward to this edition. But no email from Gamestop, no phone call, nothing. The scalpers got away with it yet again, and there’s nothing Gamestop can do either.

It’s assholes like these that are ruining the gaming community.

Bethesda fixed this…. They put up a notification on their site saying they are going through their sales and anyone who bought more than one will get all of theirs cancelled.

I seriously doubt it. Especially since I’ve been keeping an eye on Bethesda and have seen no such statements from them in that regard.

It’s on the pre-order site now (Bethesda’s). I’m like you and have my doubts though. Too many hedge words in the notice.

I preordered a copy for my kid at amazon.fr The only thing I’m worried about is the regional thing. (not a gamer but I support my kids love of them) . Someone told me that there is no regional restriction on PS games, and the game specs say its in English. So do I have any reason to worry?

Did you have it ship to the US? I bought one from amazon.fr too and I’m anxious if they will ship to US.

hmm.. I’m not sure if the pip boy edition will weigh over 1kg, is there anywhere I can confirm the weight? I mean the pip boy itself is made out of plastic, and then there’s just the game, the pip boy guide, the poster and the case, I assume it would only weigh around 600-700g

Nope wont ship international. I spoke with a rep from game uk and they flat out told me it wont ship to aus and the order will be canceled at release time if i have my aus address for shipping. They did advise to ship to the uk then somehow get it to australia. I am in luck as my best friend has moved to the uk last year so i am sending it to him to mail to me. You can also use a mail forwarding service in the uk to mail the item to you. Game is not too fussed about who accepts the order. Also it is overnight shipping in the UK with the preorder so you might be able to get it at a decent time if you use express shipping to australia from the mail order service. Side note preorder the nornal edition from eb games and put a note down to upgrade to pipboy edition as the launch day approches ppl normally cant pay the preorder etc worth having a back up in our home country it might be slim but worth having. Hope this helps

I AGREE , BETHESDA SHOULD LIMIT TO NO MORE THAN 2 PER HOUSEHOLD UNLESS THEY MAKE MILLIONS OF THEM. MAKING THEM IN MASS QUANTITIES WILL STOP THE EBAY HORDERS. THERE SELLING FOR $399 ON EBAY ALREADY , ITS NOT FAIR!
