Intel Sneak Peek Video of MIDs at IDF 2008

I can’t catch the gentleman’s name from Intel in this video but he’s showing off three MIDs that we should be hearing more about at the Intel Developers Forum that begins this next week. He gives a quick look at Lenovo’s Olympic IdeaPad, the Aigo MID (which is already on the market in some places) and the Clarion MID which is navigation orientated. Notice that the Clarion doesn’t get turned on in the video. Don’t know what that means.

Two questions here.

Has anyone seen any coverage of anyone using the Lenovo IdeaPad at the Olympics?

Second, is it me, or is anyone hoping we’ll see more about more MID devices coming out of IDF?
