Expect An iOS 9 Downgrade to Open for a Few Weeks

If you decide to download iOS 10 on release day and you're unhappy with the changes (performance/features/something else) you should be able to drop back to an older version(s) of the iOS operating system. 

If you dislike iOS 10, you'll likely be able to drop back down to the latest version of iOS 9. iOS 9.3.4 might not be around for much longer but you'll almost certainly be able to go down to iOS 9.3.5.  

This iOS 10 to iOS 9 downgrade option will likely be open for a couple of weeks before Apple closes the loophole for good.
