Don't Expect Surprise iOS 10 Updates

Apple's iOS 10 beta is available for a number of well-known devices but it's not available for the iPad 2, iPhone 4s, iPad 3, iPad mini, or fifth-generation iPod Touch

None of these devices received an iOS 10 beta, a sign that they probably won't get the final version when it's released later this year. 

You can expect these devices to stick behind on the iOS 9 update. We probably won't see any surprises next week when iOS 10 arrives.
