It seems like we ask for this every year, and it doesn't happen, but it is back on the list again. We want iOS 10 to allow users to set default apps for specific tasks. That means choosing a default web browser, mail client and more. At this stage we would settle for a few options here without the need to set a default app for every single action. On Android phones the pop up asking if this should be default can be overwhelming to some users, so it does make sense to limit it to a degree. Instead of popping up to ask when we run an app, leave it in settings where users who want control can go and make changes. | |||||||||
