We can't talk about the current state of the iOS 9.0.2 update without mentioning the iOS 9.1 update that's expected to replace it. 

The iOS 9.0.2 update's end date isn't known but the iOS 9.1 release is expected to take place before or on the Apple TV 4 release date. With the Apple TV 4 release set for next week, there's a good chance we'll see it arrive this week or next.
