There is no iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak and with an iOS 9 release almost certainly coming next month, we may never see one. iOS 8.4.1 plugs up the exploits used by the iOS 8.4 jailbreak. So if you want to jailbreak your iPhone 5s, and you want the latest software, you'll want to be on iOS 8.4 not iOS 8.4.1.
