Apple's iPhone 6 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch Retina HD display that's capable of 1080p resolution. The screen real estate is a big reasons why we, and many others, bought the iPhone 6 Plus right when it first came out on Apple's website. 

The iPhone 6s Plus will likely come with the same screen size. Rumors point to the arrival of another 5.5-inch iPhone, something that makes perfect sense given the success of the current model. There's no need to fiddle with the screen size, at least not yet. 

The Wall Street Journal claims that the iPhone 6s Plus' screen resolution will be about the same as the screen resolution on last year's model. So don't go into the rest of July and August thinking that we might see an Ultra HD display.
