Most smartphone plans include a free option to use your iPhone SE as a hotspot. This will use the data that you already pay for, but with it you can share the connection to your computer or to a tablet. Go to Settings -> Personal Hotspot -> Wi-Fi Password -> Enter a new password. You can then tap On to turn it on. If you don't see a Personal Hotspot option tap on Cellular and then on Personal Hotspot. Keep in mind that using this will use your data faster than using your phone alone and it will use your iPhone battery faster.
