MiniMage Converts Journal Ink to Text on a Non-Tablet PC

As MiniMage says, if you know anything at all about a Tablet PC you know you can convert Ink in Windows Journal into typed text. You also know that if you want to view that Ink on a non-Tablet PC you need the Windows Journal Viewer to do so, but the viewer doesn’t allow you to convert that ink into text.
