iPhone 6s & iPhone 6s Plus

You can count on a new iPhone in 2015 just like you can count on the sun rising tomorrow. If Apple sticks to recent traditions we will see the iPhone 6s and possibly the iPhone 6s Plus in late 2015 with upgraded features and software on all major U.S. carriers.

Don't expect a major re-design for the iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus, as Apple prefers to keep the same design in place for two years in to focus on features and other upgrades. We could see new touch screen technology like the Apple Watch uses, more memory and an upgraded Apple A9 processor that enables better performance and battery life.

You can read the 11 iPhone 6s features that we want to see on a new iPhone for 2015 to get an idea of what we think Apple should add to the iPhone to stay competitive.

Look for Apple to announce iOS 9 at WWDC 2015 this summer and then hold an iPhone event in the fall that could lead to a September iPhone 6s release date.

My 2012 Nexus 7 seems to run smoother and quicker with the 5.02. Better than quite awhile. Only had it a couple days. Still waiting for the update for my 2013.
