My Toshiba M200 is out for repair, how long will it take?

My hard drive crashed in my M200 last week, forcing me to move to my Gateway M280.  Boy is that a difference.  The Gateway is a screamer in comparison, but it is HUGE.  I miss my M200 already, and I only sent it in last Friday.  I was told 7-10 working days.

So how long will it be gone?  Anyone want to guess when it will return?  Will it get back before I strain my back carrying the M280 around?  Will Toshiba do a good job or jerk my chain on this repair?
