Need for Speed is Online Only

The 2015 Need for Speed game is online only. Yes, that means you will need an Internet connection to play this game.

It turns out this is because your friends will play into the overall Need for Speed experience on Xbox One and PS4. "This time around we’re going to give it more of a human voice. It will treat your friend’s play as if it is part of the narrative experience.” explains Marcus Nilson, a Need for Speed developer, who spoke with OXM, which Games Radar shared.

Gamers will share photos and videos from the game, which are pushed to the community and then likes result in more in-game currency.

yeah they should release a copy for the 360…make the game that comes with offline mode….they said this game was strictly for us, but still remain with internet requirements…i get that you can get more out of online but who really cares….if you wanted to get back to its roots, you would see no internet requirement….there’s just too much hype about game play…..not everybody can afford internet connection….therefore “NFS”…you just lost out on a shit load of money
