A new leak offers another look at the iPhone 6 design, showing off the front of the iPhone 6 in the most detailed photos yet.

Thanks to many leaks the iPhone 6 design is not a complete mystery, and in our iPhone 6 vs iPhone 5s comparison you get to see what the new iPhone 6 looks like based on a combination of leaks that led to an iPhone 6 mock-up.

This alleged iPhone 6 part leak offers an even better look at the new iPhone 6 design. While the overall iPhone 6 design is important, after users slap a case on the phone the front of the device is where people will end up looking most of the time.

An iPhone 6 screen leak shows black and white iPhone 6 screens from the front and back. This is not the first look at what could be the iPhone 6 screen, but it does offer a view of part of the iPhone 6 design. The leak comes from apple.club.tw, a source for previous iPhone 6 leaks including a variety of iPhone 6 parts.

On the alleged iPhone 6 screen above we get a good look at the front of the iPhone 6 design. Although protective plastic is on top of the display, you can make out the edges curving down near the bezels on both the white and black iPhone 6 screens.

This matches with earlier iPhone 6 design leaks, that suggest Apple’s new iPhone will feature a curved edge that starts on the front bezel and wraps down to the back of the phone in one clean curve. The curve is easier to notice on the black iPhone 6 screen where the edge is slightly more grey due to the plastic not touching it, just like the bubbles on the screen.

The iPhone 6 design will look much different than the iPhone 5s based on leaks.

We can’t tell if this is a Sapphire iPhone 6 screen like some rumors and analysts predict Apple plans to use. Apple invested $500 million in GT Advanced Technologies to become the sole customer of the Sapphire that the company produces using Sapphire furnaces.

Earlier reports showed a very durable iPhone 6 screen that some experts consider Sapphire. This stronger screen can withstand scratches from keys and other damaging items. Some reports suggest Apple will only include Sapphire on the largest 5.5-inch iPhone 6 due to yields and cost. While the iPhone 6 models will allegedly share the same processor, features and iPhone 6 design the larger screen will likely allow Apple to charge a higher price.

Small Apple logos are present on the screen and the flex cable.

One of the reasons consumers are excited by the prospect of a Sapphire iPhone 6 screen is the strength. The video below for the Kyocera Brigadier shows what a Sapphire display could withstand. In the video we see how Sapphire survives scratches better than chemically strengthened glass, but most impressive is the Sapphire screen drop test. The Sapphire screen smartphone bounces right off a sharp rock, while the competition shatters on impact.

These leaked iPhone 6 screens also show a small Apple logo on the part and on the flex cable. This is not something we typically see, but it is an odd addition for a fake.

We expect the iPhone 6 specs will include an Apple A8 processor that delivers more power than the A7 in the iPhone 5s, and there are some reports of NFC technology that will let users tap their iPhone on a credit card reader at a store to make a payment. This is a feature found on many Android phones. Check out the rest of the potential iPhone 6 specs.

The iPhone 6 release date timeline looks set up for a September 19th release. Multiple reports claim Apple will hold an iPhone 6 event on September 9th, which lines up with a release about a week and a half later. We should also see an iOS 8 release date a few days before that for other smartphones.

With the iPhone 6 release just weeks away, we're starting to see iPhone 5s deals emerge, deals that knock substantial amounts off the full price. The price drop certainly makes the iPhone 5s a worthy candidate for prospective iPhone 6 buyers but it also helps that the iPhone 5s is still a high quality smartphone.

The iPhone 5s remains one of the best smartphone options on the planet and it's a device that we still recommend to those looking for a brand new smartphone, regardless of the situation.

From its solid camera, to its sleek metal design, to its beautiful 4-inch Retina Display, the iPhone 5s packs a great all-around punch. It's not the iPhone 6 but it could be the next best thing. Those in the hunt for a new device would be wise to take a look at it, if only to rule it out ahead of an iPhone 6 purchase.

For real image of iPhone 6 I would prefer to wait for September 9, which is the releasing date, rather than watching these fake pictures or videos. Well, till than the only confirmation that is out of box is that new iPhone will launch in two variants, Gorilla screen will be replaced by Sapphire display and directly compatible with wireless charging pad.
