News on the Mysterious Filpstart E-1001S

The UMPC sites are talking about the Vulcan Flipstart E-1001S that some have thought might be destined for the vaporware hall of fame. I haven’t heard much of those new Ultra-Mobile device but here’s the buzz. It has a resolution of 1024×600 on a 5.6 inch screen. Built in Sprint EV-DO modem. Runs a 1.1Ghz Pentium-M procssor with the 915GSM chipset and weighs in at 1.8 pounds. Certainly looks interesting.
