Although Google can set the Nexus 6 pre-order start for whenever it wants, these are the most likely times.

Nexus 6 in Stock Alerts

You can follow n6stock on Twitter to get notifications when the Nexus 6 pre-orders start. This same account provided fast updates when the Nexus 5 went on sale last year and the account is, “Locked and loaded!” for the Nexus 6.

The account is @n5stock, but it is ready for the Nexus 6 release. You can follow on Twitter just like any other account, or turn on text alerts to get a text whenever the account tweets. This is the best option if you want a Nexus 6 in stock alert.

Storage on the other hand is something you’ll need to think about. There is no Micro SD card slot, so whatever size you choose is the size you’ll have until you upgrade to a new phone. Nexus 6 Release Date Remains MIA

Even as pre-orders start we don’t know the Nexus 6 release date for carriers, or when delivery is planned for the Nexus 6 Google Play Store version. Assuming you choose fast shipping, the Nexus 6 could arrive on your doorstep by Friday or Monday. This makes sense for a fast Nexus 6 release on the Play Store.

The Nexus 6 release date for carriers is still MIA with Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile listing the Nexus 6 as coming soon. There is no mention of the Verizon Nexus 6 on the company website, which makes sense considering their focus on the Droid Turbo. We’ve heard November 12th for the T-Mobile Nexus 6 release date, but it’s not clear if it is in store and online yet.

The Nexus 6 cleared the FCC, so it is ready for a release. At this point it’s all up to the carriers as to when you can go buy a Nexus 6 in store.
