Dex stands for Desktop Expansion, and that's exactly what the dock pictured above will do. Transform the power of the quad-core Snapdragon 835 and 4GB of RAM inside the Galaxy S8 to offer a full desktop-like experience. Android 7.0 Nougat has keyboard and multi-window mode support built-in too. Meaning with the DEX dock your Galaxy S8 could almost function like a computer in a pinch. 

Hook the dock up to a monitor, drop the phone in, and get to work. Hopefully there's additional support for keyboards and a mouse, but we'll have to wait and see. We haven't been able to fully test DEX yet, but Samsung promises a Windows Continnum like experience across the board. 

Basically, do more with your Galaxy by getting a DEX dock and be prepared for anything work life throws your way.
