If you're holding out hope for a Rory McIlroy PGA Tour release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or the PC, you need to temper your expectations right now because it doesn't look like this game is going to be released for anything but the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. 

EA's new golf title is only confirmed for current-generation consoles and EA's fourth quarter earnings report doesn't come with any surprises. The game is listed as coming to consoles and not the PC. We doubt that this will change so the only way to play this game will be to pick up a current-gen console from Microsoft or Sony.

It's not clear if Microsoft or Sony will offer bundles for this game. It's a popular series but it may not be popular enough to bundle in with a PS4 or Xbox One alone.
