Multiple reports indicate that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release date could arrive sooner than expected with a date in late September emerging as a possible Galaxy Note 4 release date for a couple of key battlegrounds.

Earlier this month, just before IFA 2014 in Berlin, Germany, Samsung took the stage and announced a slew of brand new products including two new Galaxy Note models dubbed Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The Galaxy Note Edge, Samsung’s new curved Galaxy Note, will be out later this year while the Galaxy Note 4 release date is confirmed for October.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release rumors point to October 3rd and 10th.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 release rumors point to October 3rd, 10th and the week of the 13th.

Samsung’s silence hasn’t stopped new Galaxy Note 4 release details from flowing and in the past two weeks, we’ve seen the Galaxy Note 4 release date make a ton of progress behind the scenes. International Galaxy Note 4 variants have been caught passing through the FCC and Bluetooth SIG on their way to shelves and today, the final piece of the Galaxy Note 4 U.S. release emerged.

Earlier today, we spotted the U.S. Cellular Galaxy Note 4 at the FCC which means that all five U.S. bound Galaxy Note 4 models (including the AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon variants) have all received clearance. With a Galaxy Note 4 release date confirmed for October, there’s a good chance that we’ll hear more about the release date, and pre-orders, in the near future.

The Galaxy Note 4 release seems to be moving faster outside of the United States. Earlier this week, UK retailer Clove began taking Galaxy Note 4 pre-orders ahead of an expected release the week of October 13th. The retailer is also taking orders for Galaxy Note 4 accessories.

We’ve also seen Galaxy Note 4 pre-orders spring up for the international version of the device on Amazon’s website. Dutch retailers have also revealed an estimated arrival date of October 10th though that date, like the others remains unconfirmed.

Today, Galaxy Note 4 release date details took a bit of a twist. A new report from ZDNet Korea claims that SK Telecom is taking pre-orders ahead of an early Galaxy Note 4 release date on September 26th. LG U+ and KT, two other Korean operators, are also reportedly mulling this release date. That date remains unconfirmed but new information backs up this information.

According to a China Mobile employee on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo, the Galaxy Note 4 will go on sale in China on September 26th. The information, first spotted by G 4 Games, also suggests that the SM-N9108 will cost 5,199 Yuan while the other model, the SM-N9100, will cost 5,399 Yuan. While the date remains unconfirmed, it does line up with the details that emerged earlier in the day.

If the Galaxy Note 4 release does land early, it will collide with Apple’s new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, both of which will hit several countries on September 19th before hitting several more on September 26th. Korea is not part of the initial wave of iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus release dates and China’s iPhone 6 could be pushed back to 2015.

The Galaxy Note 4 release date remains out of reach but we do know what to expect from the Galaxy Note 4 specs. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be loaded up with new features including a new 5.7-inch Quad HD display, Snapdragon 805 processor from Qualcomm, 16MP camera with Optical Image Stabilization, new design that features plastic and metal, 32GB of storage, Android 4.4.4 KitKat, new software, and a brand new S Pen.

Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 4 will replace the Galaxy Note 3 as the company’s flagship and join the Samsung Galaxy S5 in its fight against Apple, HTC Motorola, and LG. It’s still not clear when the Galaxy Note Edge will join it though Samsung confirmed its release for sometime later this year.
