Samsung Galaxy Note 5: 15 Things We Want in 2015
Improved Fingerprint Reader
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4's fingerprint reader is more accurate than the Galaxy S5's terrible fingerprint scanner but it's still not on par with the touch-based sensors found on the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. Our hope is that the Galaxy Note 5's fingerprint sensor is on par with the fingerprint sensors found on the Galaxy S6 models. This will prove to be extremely useful once Samsung's Apple Pay competitor, Samsung Pay, goes live in September. The fingerprint sensor is all about convenience and in order to get that you need a fingerprint sensor that's accurate most of the time. We hope that the Galaxy Note 5's fingerprint sensor is accurate all of the time but we'll understand if it's most.
