Tomorrow, Samsung will be introducing the Samsung Galaxy S4, its successor to the Galaxy S3, a device that sold over 40 million times worldwide. In the buildup to the launch, we have seen many Galaxy S4 rumors emerge including those about hardware, software, release date, carriers and more. And despite the phone not being official, we are seeing companies confirm the device for their networks ahead of schedule.

The Galaxy S4 has been confirmed for EE's 4G LTE network.

On the heels of Phone4U and Three UK confirming their support for the Samsung Galaxy S4 comes word that EE, the United Kingdom’s only LTE provider, has officially confirmed the device for launch. Yesterday, EE teased support for the Samsung Galaxy S4 but the fact that it now has a sign up page for the device means that it’s officially committed to offering the Samsung Galaxy S4 after launch.

The carrier does not say when it might be getting stock for the Samsung Galaxy S4 but rumors suggest that the phone could touch down as soon as April in the United Kingdom. No specific dates have been mentioned but we could hear about them at tomorrow’s launch event.

This also seems to confirm that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be LTE-enabled, something that should not come as a shock as most Android devices are ready and able to run on 4G LTE networks.

So far, these are the only companies we’ve seen that have confirmed the device but we expect hundreds of other carriers to join the fun once the Galaxy S4 is launched.

In the U.S., the Galaxy S4 is rumored to, at least, be coming to the network’s of AT&T and Verizon, with other carriers like Sprint and T-Mobile being likely destinations as well. The U.S. is rumored to be getting the Galaxy S4 later, possibly in May or June though that isn’t confirmed.

As for the device itself, it’s expected to feature a large display, possibly 5-inches in size with 1080p resolution, a quad-core processor, a 13MP camera, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and some powerful software features from Samsung itself.

Samsung has not confirmed the Galaxy S4 for arrival tomorrow but it’s clear that it’s the device that will be showcased at the event.

It would be surprising if any carrier didn’t have the Galaxy S4. Considering it will be an upgrade to the already great S3, it’s a must. I’m excited for later today when we finally find out what comes in the new Galaxy, such as a better camera, faster processor, and a 1080p display. When I’m on my way to my job at DISH, I like streaming my live and recorded shows on my phone, since it takes a bit of time to get there. I use the DISH Anywhere app to do this and I can stream wherever I go, so I’d like a higher resolution display to watch on.
