Samsung has really stepped up the past year when it comes to accessories for its phones. Previous years they took months to arrive, but last year it was on day one. From an S-View flip case, wallet cases, wireless charging docks, fast wireless charging docks, to even an odd physical keyboard case that reminded everyone of a BlackBerry. This year buyers can expect tons of accessories, the Gear VR, and rumors even suggest a new Gear 360 virtual reality camera will be released that takes 360 degrees video for enjoyment on the Galaxy S7, or the Gear VR. We don't know what all is coming yet, but expect multiple different options the day the phones are available in terms of cases and chargers, and more will come eventually. Samsung’s September 2015 announcement of their marshmallow OS was, perhaps, one of the worst corporate decisions they ever made. Presumably that OS was ready for prime time as it was released to certain Nexus smartphones for immediate use. Then, nothing for all other smartphones including their own s6 and s6 Edge and for six months.,stll nothing.
Now we’re hearing about the impending release of the s7 and s7 Edge. But, will they, again, delay distribution of those phones for another six months?
Samsung, your customer base remains in total limbo. Please get your act together!
