Dual screen eBook Readers are all the rage given yesterday’s release of the Barnes & Noble Nook. SpringBoard has been making some noise about its dual screen reader running Android as well (top is an e-Ink reader, bottom allows you to access media, content, etc…).
From the looks of this YouTube video The SpringBoard Alex uses the bottom touch screen quite differently than the Nook, but I’m guess we’ll be seeing all sorts of evolution of this down the road. Of note, is web browsing to a site, then hit the print/read button and the page heads to the e-Ink display. The timing of the release of this video sure is curious, don’t ya think?
