Star Wars Battlefront Problems Continue

The first major Star Wars Battlefront patch fixes a number of glaring problems. And while it squashed a number of big problems with the game, there are still a number of issues that remain. 

As we've noted Star Wars gamers on all platforms are reporting issues with the Blast Trophy, problems with connectivity, problems with crashes and graphics (these mainly affect PC users), problems with servers (there is scheduled downtime today across all platforms), sound problems, and a whole lot more. There are tons of new complaints on EA's forum.

Before you sell the game or lash out at EA and DICE, it's important to remember that this is a marathon not a sprint. This is a big multiplayer game with a lot of moving parts and it's going to take months for the developer to address all of the bugs and problems plaguing it. In some cases, some bugs may not get fixed at all. 

This patch is a good first step and it will be the first of many. With four expansion packs planned, DICE and EA and this game have a long way to go.
