T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide Pre-Order Begins

Looking to get on T-Mobile? Not impressed with the HTC Sensation 4G? Want to get your hands on the “most advanced camera of any smartphone”? If that sounds like you, then you’ll be happy to know that T-Mobile’s myTouch 4G Slide has gone up for pre-order a little more than a week before it officially hits shelves across the United States.

The pre-order is taking place over at T-Mobile’s online store and as expected, the phone is available for $200 on a new two year contract and if you don’t want to deal with that, you can snag the phone for $500 off-contract. Keep in mind that the $500 price tag is double that of the Motorola Triumph, the heralded off-contract phone on Virgin Mobile.

If you don’t want to pre-order, the myTouch 4G Slide will be out on July 27th for the exact same prices. I have a feeling that the big retailers (Amazon, Wirefly) will likely offer this for less than $200 on launch day or shortly afterwards so it might be worth the wait to see.
