Some would argue that as Surface Pro is a tablet, but as it includes an Intel Core i5 processor, pen input, 4GB of RAM and as high as 128GB of onboard storage, we’re willing to go to the mat on this one. There’s also the matter of its compatibility with the Surface Type Cover.

No they aren’t sold as one but there’s just something about the two together. Without a doubt it’s one of, if not the most compelling Windows 8 convertibles and even at $899 for the version with 64GB of storage and another $129 for the Type Cover, it’s still cheaper than some of the latest devices coming from other manufacturers.
