The US700 Convertible UMPC

 Ok, this has got to be one of the sweetest looking UMPC’s I’ve seen yet:

• convertible keyboard model option
• 6 hour battery life
• 1024 x 600 resolution
• weight: 650g.
• Size-198 (L) x 125 (W) x 26 (H) mm (Max.)
• GPS options

The problem is, nobody knows who the company behind the US700 is and what this unit will cost, but Steve from CarryPad.com is tracking them down and has all the specs on these three different modesl: US702, US701, US700W.

Update: thanks to GBM reader, Lorie Ghamy, we’ve learned that the manufacturer is Ya Hsin. Ironically, we tried to hunt down Ya Hsin at CES, but we couldn’t find them :-(
