Major Reason to Skip the Xbox 360 Black Ops Release

We learned recently that the Xbox 360 Black Ops 3 release will not include the campaign or single player mode for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.

The development of the Xbox 360 version is handled by a different studio and per this confirmation will only include multiplayer and Black Ops 3 Zombies.

Activision explains why Xbox 360 players will not get the campaign mode, stating,

"Black Ops 3 PS4 and Xbox 360 versions will feature Multiplayer and Zombies gameplay only, not campaign. The ambitious scope of the 1-4 player coop campaign design of the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions could not be faithfully recreated on hold generation hardware."

As part of the chopping of features the Xbox 360 version will sell for $49.99 instead of $59.99.
